Shipping

Standard Shipping Rates & Timeframes
Once you choose the products you wish to order, it's only a matter of a few days before you can start enjoying the wonderful benefits they provide.

All of our online orders are processed and shipped on the next business day after the order is placed. We ship all of our orders through UPS. If you would like to use a different carrier, please send us an email and let us know so that we can provide you a quote for shipping.

Customers in the United States can expect to receive their orders within 5 business days of their order. That includes you too Hawaii and Alaska!

Free Shipping
Domestic orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 + Washington DC) that are over $75 qualify for free USPS ground shipping. In order to receive the free shipping, you must enter the coupon code "freeshipping" at checkout. If you are outside of the contiguous US, unfortunately, we are not able to offer you free shipping on your orders.

International Shipping
We will gladly ship to our international customers and you should be able to order from our site without problems. All international shipments will be sent by USPS Priority International.

Shipping to Canada or Mexico costs $18. Shipping to all other countries costs $20. We may have to charge an additional amount based on the weight of the package. If that is the case, we will first contact you with the additional amount for your approval before going through with the order.

We do accept payments in other currencies so if you are interested in paying with your local currency please send us an e-mail so that we can provide you with a quote in your currency.

Returns

At Makeup Flair, we are proud of the high quality of product that we offer, and feel you will be thoroughly satisfied. However, should you receive a product that is not what you expected, simply return it for a full refund. Our return procedure is quite simple. We guarantee your satisfaction with the products you receive from Makeup Flair. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly refund your money with no questions asked. Sales Tax

Makeup Flair is required to charge an 8.25% sales tax to all orders being shipped to the state of California. By California state law, this tax must be calculated on the total of the order, including shipping charges. This amount will be calculated and added to your order after your shipping information has been provided, and is displayed on the Order Summary page, where you are asked for your credit/debit card information. Orders to any other state will not be charged sales tax.
